At its facilities the Group is involved in the development of regional infrastructure and research, setting up projects in the fields of health promotion, sport and nature conservation. Our responsibility does not end at the factory gates. We are committed to improving the living conditions of people at our locations beyond the minimum statutory requirements. The Volkswagen Group has a long tradition of looking after the interests of the regions in which our production facilities are located. As part of our corporate culture, this has also been a major factor in enabling us to recruit qualified personnel for our company.
