"We use a range of learning activities to do this, such as workshops, role plays, e-learning and on-the-job training", explains Powels.
Over the past four years, Volkswagen South Africa has invested the equivalent of EUR 40 million in training and developing its 5000 employees. "We will continue to honour this commitment in the future", continues Powels.
