Corporate Governance
According to the German Transparency and Disclosure Act, every publicly quoted company is required to state once a year, if the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code are being complied with or which ones are not being adhered to. The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG declare their compliance annually.
