Corporate Governance
According to the German Transparency and Disclosure Act, every publicly quoted company is required to state once a year, if the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code are being complied with or which ones are not being adhered to. On 15 November 2002, the Board of Management and Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG delivered the first such declaration.
