Unique: The Volkswagen Group presents eight automobile world premieres in one evening
On the eve of the IAA: Yesterday evening, some 1,500 journalists, fleet customers and VIPs from 62 countries experienced live what diversity, emotion and strong brands is all about. The venue for the unique experience was the Ballsporthalle in Frankfurt, just big enough to present the stars of the evening premiered by all Volkswagen Group brands. Martin Winterkorn and the brand chairmen impressively demonstrated the essence of Volkswagen: the model diversity ranging from the micro car to the exclusive limousine, from the economical family car to the sports car – a unique automotive series.Each brand literally had its own stage and the opportunity to unveil its latest model and its own world to customers – and met with an enthusiastic reception from the guests.
